About Peter Armstrong

Relocating to the Comox Valley or Campbell River? I’ve made that move myself and I understand there’s much more to it than finding a house.

I’m Peter Armstrong, a REALTOR® with REMAX – Ocean Pacific, helping buyers and sellers across the Comox Valley and Campbell River, with a particular focus on relocating to Vancouver Island. Whether you’re moving from elsewhere in British Columbia or across Canada, my approach is straightforward: listen carefully, provide useful local information, and help you make informed decisions without pressure.

My own relocation to the Comox Valley brought a fresh start and the opportunity to turn a long standing interest in real estate into a career. My partner, Dana, grew up in the Valley, and we’re grateful to call this place home. That personal experience shapes how I support clients navigating a move, from narrowing down communities and comparing properties to coordinating the practical details of buying from a distance.

Before real estate, I built a career in entertainment, sales and management. Today, I bring that background in customer service, negotiation and problem-solving to every client relationship. Whether you’re purchasing your next home or preparing to sell, you can expect clear communication, thoughtful preparation and steady support throughout the process.

Outside of work, you’ll find me skiing, fishing, golfing or spending time with family and friends. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about Island life while helping clients explore it on their own terms.
